Sephora Operations Associate

- Manage daily operations including inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store aligns with Sephora's brand standards.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork within the store.
- Adhere to company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
