1. Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during customer pickup.
2. Maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked store.
3. Contribute to store maintenance and ensure smooth operations.
4. Participate in the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
5. Engage in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe shopping environment.

1. Prior work experience, preferably in operations.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and other non-discriminatory business factors.
