1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
3. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity.
4. Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.

6. Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
7. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$19.75 - $24.21 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
