1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional client experiences.
2. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
3. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
4. Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
5. Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness and empowerment.
6. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies to create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

2. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
