Sephora Operations Associate

1. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
2. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
3. Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
4. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
5. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, secure shopping environment.
6. Ensure availability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment is required.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
