1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional client experience.
2. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
3. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity.
4. Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.

6. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, secure shopping environment.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

$22.60 - $27.70/hr, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
