1. Support daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
2. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
3. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity.
4. Deliver exceptional service, contributing to outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
5. Foster inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a culture of openness and empowerment.
6. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure shopping environment.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
