1. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
2. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
3. Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
4. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered.
5. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge quickly.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment is required.

$15.00 - $19.50/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.
