1. Support daily store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
2. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
3. Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

5. Uphold Sephora's standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe shopping environment.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Ability to learn quickly and communicate product knowledge effectively.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client service.
7. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
