Sephora Operations Associate

1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience and adherence to company standards.
2. Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and support events.
4. Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client service and achieving store performance objectives.
5. Maintain operational compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and safety protocols.
6. Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment by fostering open communication and teamwork.
7. Maintain punctuality and meet required weekly scheduling commitments, including nights, weekends and holidays.
8. Perform light-to-moderate physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
2. Demonstrated organizational aptitude and effective time-management skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities; comfortable interacting with diverse clientele.
4. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it clearly to clients and colleagues.
5. Capacity to work reliably in a fast-paced retail environment and meet attendance expectations.
