Sephora Operations Associate

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience and adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and support events.
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client service and achieving store performance objectives.
- Maintain operational compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and safety protocols.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment by fostering open communication and teamwork.
- Maintain punctuality and meet required weekly scheduling commitments, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Perform light-to-moderate physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated organizational aptitude and effective time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities; comfortable interacting with diverse clientele.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it clearly to clients and colleagues.
