1. Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
2. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
3. Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
4. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork within the store.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

5. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment is required.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
