Sephora Operations Associate

- Support daily store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

- 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in delivering outstanding client service.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role or within retail, hospitality, or client-focused sectors.
$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
