Sephora Operations Associate

1. Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during client pickups.
2. Maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked store for clients.
3. Contribute to store maintenance to ensure a clean and smoothly operating environment.
4. Participate in the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
5. Engage in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.

1. Prior work experience, preferably in operations.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior experience in operations or a related field is preferred.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
