1. Support daily operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
2. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
3. Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

5. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and maintaining a safe shopping environment.
6. Ensure availability during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with a client-focused approach.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
