- Manage daily operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe shopping environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a client-focused approach.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.
$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
