1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional client experiences.
2. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
3. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity.
4. Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

5. Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$20.85 - $25.54/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.
