Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficient, safe and welcoming shopping experiences.
2. Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Assist with visual merchandising and ensure accurate promotional setups and in-store event execution consistent with brand standards.
4. Deliver and support exceptional client service to help achieve sales goals and maintain high satisfaction.
5. Maintain operational standards by following company policies and contributing to a secure, organized environment.
6. Work reliably to meet scheduling requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holiday shifts.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
2. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to learn quickly and effectively communicate product information.
5. Team-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving operational and sales objectives.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
