1. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
2. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
3. Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.

5. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.

1-2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

$15.50 - $20.50/hr, dependent on qualifications and experience.
