- Participate in defining assortment strategy and omnichannel activation for Christmas and Personal Care categories.
- Develop strategic category growth plans in collaboration with Product Marketing, Demand Planning, and Business Development.
- Coordinate the creation and deployment of the Christmas Collection offer, managing timelines and collaboration with internal teams.
- Oversee the deployment of the Christmas-specific Forecasts platform, including updates, training, and regional seminars.
- Recommend integration of new launches into permanent displays based on profitability and store configurations.
- Construct omnichannel activation guideline packages for product launches and catalog pillars.
- Ensure coordination among contributors to the 360° activation plan, including E-business, Social Media, Merchandising, and Training.
- Analyze global sell-out performance and propose action plans aligned with these insights.
- Prepare regular activation operation reports for executive presentation, including post-mortem analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, Master's preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Operational Marketing or Trade Marketing.
- International cosmetics experience is advantageous.
- Strong client orientation and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in written and oral presentation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
2 to 3 years of experience in Operational Marketing or Trade Marketing, preferably within the international cosmetics sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, Master's preferred.
