Sephora Operational Marketing Assistant

- Coordinate and deploy 360° marketing animations across Europe.
- Monitor and manage the operational timeline for 2025/2026 animations in collaboration with various teams.
- Draft and distribute briefs to 360° experts, including studio, digital, retail, and e-commerce.
- Organize and coordinate project meetings, update presentations, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Offer team regarding product management for animations, including shootings, merchandising, and retouching.
- Prepare activation guidelines for European markets and support country teams in deploying 360° activations.
- Centralize requests and feedback from European markets to ensure smooth and coherent implementation.
- Facilitate regular communication with markets and provide necessary tools for operational excellence.
- Support post-mortem analysis of campaigns in collaboration with study teams, RGM, markets, and 360° experts.
- Conduct regular market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Propose innovative ideas and insights during brainstorming sessions and committees.
- Student in business, communication, or marketing school (Bac+4/5) with a specialization in marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Creativity and curiosity to stay abreast of market trends.
- Proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with project management tools is appreciated.
- A first experience in marketing, merchandising, offer, or project management is mandatory.
