- Develop and maintain onboarding modules in alignment with Sephora University strategy, including e-learnings, videos, podcasts, and in-class sessions.
- Ensure onboarding tools are regularly updated to reflect business needs and realities.
- Integrate new digital approaches to enhance onboarding effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to onboarding and client experience.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to implement retail training digital tools for optimal client experience.
- Design and execute training packages for new digital selling tools.
- Analyze client experience data and implement action plans in collaboration with the Studies Team.
- Organize and motivate Expert Communities, selecting participants and mentors, and managing budgets.
- Minimum 5 years of store leadership or retail management experience.
- Expertise in training and onboarding team members.
- Proven coaching and feedback skills, ideally in an international context.
- Proficiency in digital tools as development resources.
- Strong team spirit and openness to feedback.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
- Ability to travel for store visits and training sessions.
Minimum 5 years of store leadership or retail management experience.
