Sephora Omnichannel Forecasting Manager

- Own end‑to‑end sales and margin forecasting across Retail and E‑Commerce, producing store‑level and channel forecasts that inform trading and operational plans.
- Develop detailed E‑Commerce forecasts (day, week, month, full‑year) and translate online sales projections into operational order forecasts for Supply Chain and workforce planning.
- Build top‑line retail forecasts by store in partnership with Retail, Omni Trading and Category teams, incorporating traffic, conversion and basket assumptions.
- Lead margin forecasting by channel, advising on promotional strategy, loyalty offers and code usage to protect margin while sustaining sales momentum.
- Prepare and present monthly forecasting pack to senior leadership, highlighting sales and margin outlooks, key risks, opportunities and required decisions.
- Conduct deep‑dive ad‑hoc analyses to surface insights, identify commercial opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with BI, Finance, Demand Planning and cross‑functional partners to align forecasts with budget cycles, in‑year reforecasts and campaign performance.
- Minimum three years' experience in forecasting, merchandising or commercial analytics, ideally within an omnichannel beauty or retail environment.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a clear understanding of retail and e‑commerce KPIs and margin drivers.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex data succinctly to leadership.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight trading deadlines.
