1. Support local teams in utilizing Click & Collect and Sephora+ services.
2. Share key performance indicators monthly with local teams.
3. Gather, specify, and prioritize market inputs and needs.
4. Encourage sharing of best practices across the region.
5. Propose improvements to existing processes.
6. Coordinate the deployment of digital in-store experiences across the EME region.
7. Engage local teams to promote tool adoption.
8. Collaborate with Product and IT teams to optimize digital experiences.
9. Produce monthly business reports generated by these tools.

1. Master's degree level education
2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
