Responsibilities
- Develop financial analyses of the OMNI (Digital + Retail) profitability of the Sephora Group.
- Analyze and synthesize the performance of retail and web profitability in all regions for financial closings, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Collaborate closely with regional controlling teams for monthly closings and budget phases.
- Participate in the development of rolling forecasts to manage monthly landings, identify risks, and anticipate budget phases.
- Build a robust framework for controlling costs and commitments.
- Present summaries on the evolution of Sephora's P&L fixed and variable costs.
- Develop KPI tables to measure Sephora's retail and web profitability.
- Conduct benchmarks and productivity analyses within different countries.
- Develop smart reports specific to the review of retail profitability.
- Track regional capex commitments and establish Sephora's Retail and Digital Capex analyses.
- Lead the validation process of store and digital investment projects at the Group level.
Qualifications
- Holder of a Master's degree.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Finance and Management Control.
- Experience as a business partner with operational teams is required.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, and/or retail is a plus.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Fluent in English.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Finance and Management Control is required.
