1. Develop comprehensive financial analyses of Sephora's omnichannel profitability, encompassing both digital and retail sectors.
2. Synthesize performance data for financial closings, budgets, and strategic plans, identifying areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with regional controlling teams for monthly closings and budget phases.
4. Assist in the creation of rolling forecasts to manage monthly financial landings and anticipate budgetary needs.
5. Establish a robust framework for cost control and commitment management, presenting detailed summaries of Sephora's P&L costs.
6. Develop KPI dashboards to measure retail and web profitability.
7. Conduct benchmarks and productivity analyses across countries to identify best practices and action levers.
8. Oversee regional CAPEX commitments and lead the validation process for store and digital investment projects, presenting to senior leadership.

1. Master's degree in Finance or related field.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Finance and Management Control.
3. Proven experience as a business partner with operational teams.
4. Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry is advantageous.

2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 8-10 years in Finance and Management Control, with a focus on business partnering with operational teams.
