Sephora Network Financial Controller

- Serve as the primary financial advisor to Regional Directors, ensuring the financial performance of the entire P&L for assigned regions.
- Analyze regional P&L statements, identify risks and opportunities, and develop necessary action plans.
- Lead the co-construction of budgets and forecasts for the region, aligning store structures with commercial objectives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to enhance store profitability.
- Present regional financial results in zone and regional meetings.
- Act as the financial reference for cross-functional areas such as store CAPEX, amortization, leases, IT OPEX, and operations.
- Facilitate and oversee real estate investment proposals, evaluating them based on financial and non-financial criteria.
- Ensure monthly financial closings, budget construction, and financial projections are completed for the assigned financial scope.
- Provide monthly financial tracking to business partners.
- Collaborate with the Finance Director in preparing for various executive meetings.
- Participate in the execution of the Store Audit Plan.
- Engage in additional projects such as incentive modeling, IT tool harmonization, and impact studies on central projects.
- Co-manage an intern with other network financial controllers.
- Degree from a business school or equivalent, with a specialization in Finance, Audit, or Management Control.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management control.
- Experience in operational management control within the retail sector is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with commercial and operational teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational capabilities.
- Adaptability and agility in handling unforeseen circumstances.
- Solid accounting foundation.
- Analytical proficiency.
- Expertise in Excel; proficiency in Power BI is desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP and a keen interest in IT tool implementation and development.
Minimum of 5 years in management control, preferably within the retail sector.
Master's degree in Finance, Audit, or Management Control.
