Sephora Network and Telecommunications Expert

- Design, implement, and manage network projects for offices and stores, including new openings and renovations.
- Oversee LAN/MAN/WAN infrastructure, including Wi-Fi solutions and network security.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and changes to ensure uninterrupted network operations.
- Provide international support focusing on Latin America, with additional support to Europe and the Middle East as needed.
- Participate in on-call duties for production support outside business hours.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Level 3 Network Expert.
- Advanced knowledge of LAN/MAN/WAN environments, HP Aruba, Fortinet, and Zscaler.
- Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, and network security solutions.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish; French and Portuguese are advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Level 3 Network Expert with expertise in LAN/MAN/WAN environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
