- Adapt the regional Sephora University strategy for local deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder collaboration.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop comprehensive education programs for retail employees, aligning with Sephora's brand.
- Implement strategies to facilitate the transfer of learning and ensure employees have the skills needed for their roles.
- Lead and manage a team of education specialists, providing guidance and professional development.
- Monitor program effectiveness, using data and feedback to implement improvements and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, manage resources, ensure compliance with Sephora's standards, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Oversee the development, management, and efficient utilization of educational resources, including training materials, technology, and facilities.
- Forecast and manage the education department's budget, ensuring programs are delivered within constraints.
- Ensure educational programs comply with Sephora's standards and stay informed about industry regulations and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on program performance and maintain accurate records.
- Travel interstate and internationally as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
- Proven experience in educational program management, curriculum development, and team leadership.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to balance and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Passion for beauty or retail and a commitment to fostering learning and development.
10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
