1. Provide in-store coaching, training, mentoring, and assessment to develop the store Makeup team.
2. Deliver Sephora University Makeup training modules both in-class and digitally.
3. Support the creation of training content, including videos, and organize brand training sessions.
4. Collaborate with Retail & Store Managers to align on feedback, development plans, and follow-up actions.
5. Participate in cross-functional events with Marketing/PR and HR, sometimes leading other Makeup Artists/PRO team members.
6. Travel within the GCC region (Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman) 1 to 2 times per month for up to 6-8 days cumulatively.

1. Proven record of coaching and developing team members.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Senior Makeup Artist or Makeup Artist at Sephora.

2. Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
4. Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience.
5. Self-motivation and openness to feedback.

5+ years of experience as a Senior Makeup Artist or Makeup Artist at Sephora.
