- Lead the development of high-impact presentations and reports that articulate merchandising strategies into executive-ready narratives.
- Translate merchandising strategies into compelling narratives highlighting cross-category insights, performance trends, and innovation.
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring alignment and clarity across categories through proactive communication and collaboration.
- Manage content strategy and execution for major internal events, including scripting and visual storytelling.
- Oversee the development of dashboards and reporting tools to track progress and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Champion new tools and technologies to enhance strategic storytelling and collaboration across the organization.
- 5+ years of experience in retail, merchandising, strategy, or a related field.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and adapting feedback into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and visual communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, and SharePoint.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, merchandising, strategy, or a related field, with experience in partnering with senior leadership.
The annual base salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $128,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
