1. Assist in the organization and execution of gifting campaigns across CRM, in-store, and online channels.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date gifting trackers, including inventory status, timelines, and campaign-specific details.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of all gifting requirements.
4. Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and brand teams to align on gifting timelines and specifications, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
5. Support the Merchandising Operations & Animation Manager with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth cross-departmental communication and workflow.
6. Keep detailed records of gifting processes, inventory movements, and project updates to ensure transparency and continuity.
7. Provide regular updates to the team, including reports on gifting status and potential areas for process improvement.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a strong interest in merchandising operations and project coordination.

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and excellent organizational skills.
2. Strong attention to detail in managing documentation.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, capable of collaborating effectively with various teams.
4. Highly organized, with a proactive approach to handling multiple tasks related to gifting activities.
5. Adaptable, team-oriented, and aligned with Sephora’s values of creativity, authenticity, and continuous improvement.

1-2 years' experience in Merchandising/Project Coordination.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
