- Support the Asia Merchandising Director in developing and implementing category strategies for the Asia region.
- Collaborate with Global surge brands to ensure seamless operational execution in Asia.
- Assist in sourcing and incubating emerging Asian beauty brands to enhance product assortment.
- Maintain oversight of the merchandising budget, ensuring responsible allocation and tracking of investments.
- Analyze category business performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare for key global strategic meetings, including data analysis and presentation preparation.
- Support the development of the Asia product development and animation calendar.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 9 years of experience in merchandising, buying, brand sourcing, or category management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus.
A minimum of 9 years in merchandising, buying, brand sourcing, or category management, preferably within the beauty and/or retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
