1. Implement merchandising strategies aligned with Sephora's brand and guidelines.
2. Oversee store designs and floor plans.
3. Maintain communication with architects, print companies, and construction partners.
4. Collaborate with marketing and store operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Manage merchandising budgets to meet business objectives.
6. Coordinate and mentor merchandising specialists in stores.

1. At least 1 year of managerial experience.
2. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.

1. Excellent planning and organizing skills.
2. Understanding of architecture/design principles (plans, sections, materials).
3. Strong Excel and PPT skills (Corel Draw is a plus).
4. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

At least 1 year of managerial experience in a related field, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.
