1. Support the team in driving category growth and executional excellence through data-led insights and operational coordination.
2. Deliver monthly business reporting and category analytics to surface performance trends and uncover market opportunities.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Ecommerce.
4. Drive operational readiness for major seasonal launches by coordinating across markets and managing end-to-end brand portal updates.
5. Support fragrance assortment curation for Sephora Stories and campaign briefs.
6. Lead the planning and coordination of the Sephora Collection Captains Convention.
