1. Support the Senior Manager of Communications and Employee Engagement in creating an exceptional employee experience.
2. Assist in the execution of corporate events and writing communications for nearly 2,000 employees.
3. Collaborate with the production team to manage and organize key assets.
4. Conduct business trend analysis to inform future strategies.
5. Contribute to product refinements by identifying key insights.
6. Capture and document critical meeting takeaways to facilitate decision-making.
7. Engage with Sephora executives and industry leaders to build a professional network.
8. Participate in cross-functional projects with teams such as Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory Planning, and Production.
9. Manage digital assets and procurement processes efficiently.
10. Contribute content to the weekly 'Take A Beat' newsletter.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
2. Junior or senior standing in an undergraduate program.
3. Graduating in 2026 or 2027.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. Familiarity with Smartsheet, Box, or Adobe Suite is advantageous.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and contribute thoughtfully.
4. Self-motivated and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
5. Positive attitude and a genuine passion for cosmetics and beauty products.

No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in the beauty industry and merchandising is essential.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour, subject to variations based on qualifications and geographic location.
