1. Support the Senior Manager of Communications and Employee Engagement in maintaining an exceptional employee experience.
2. Assist in executing corporate events and writing communications for nearly 2,000 employees.
3. Collaborate with the production team to manage key assets and ensure smooth processes for asset and comp collection.
4. Engage in business trend analysis to inform future strategies and contribute to product refinements.
5. Capture and document key takeaways during meetings to facilitate decision-making.
6. Network with Sephora executives and industry leaders to build professional connections.
7. Participate in cross-functional projects with teams such as Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory Planning, and Production.
8. Contribute content to the 'Take A Beat' newsletter weekly.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
2. Junior or senior standing in undergraduate studies.
3. Eligibility to graduate in 2026 or 2027.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Smartsheet, Box, or Adobe Suite is advantageous.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen well and contribute thoughtfully.
3. Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
4. Genuine passion for cosmetics and beauty products.

No prior experience required, though familiarity with digital merchandising or communications is beneficial.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

The position offers a target hourly pay of $25.00, with actual pay dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
