Sephora Merchandising Intern - Fragrance

- Support business reporting by generating Brand Monthly Business Reports and maintaining brand activation calendars.
- Assist with department records, general administration, brand meeting agendas, and market preparation.
- Analyze data sets to draw insights and make recommendations for merchandise strategies.
- Identify inefficiencies in work processes and propose improvements.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects to support business growth.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or college diploma program in Business or Retail Management, in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year.
- Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours per week) and attend the office 3 days per week.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Passion for fragrance and beauty, with a creative and proactive mindset.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in the fragrance and beauty industry is essential.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business or Retail Management.
$23/hour with a monthly stipend of $150, less deductions.
