1. Provide strategic vision and elevate the Sephora Asia Merchandising Roadmap.
2. Seek out new brands and categories while elevating existing brands.
3. Oversee management of 'seed projects' to support topline growth strategies.
4. Partner with VP Merchandising on annual merchandising strategy.
5. Leverage key account relationships in Asia for negotiations.
6. Develop comprehensive briefs with merchants in China, South East Asia/Pac, and New Markets.
7. Execute pilot programs and develop recommendations.
8. Analyze Sephora business elements to identify trends and opportunities.
9. Build a seed strategy and track category development opportunities.
10. Evaluate new brands and work with merchants for product introductions.
11. Support VP in strategic planning and merchandise budget meetings.
12. Prepare and present trend presentations.
