1. Provide strategic vision and elevate the Sephora Asia Merchandising Roadmap.
2. Identify and introduce emerging brands and categories, while enhancing existing brand partnerships.
3. Oversee management of seed projects to support topline growth strategies.
4. Collaborate with VP Merchandising on annual merchandising strategy with a long-term perspective.
5. Leverage key account relationships in Asia to drive negotiations.
6. Partner with regional merchants to develop comprehensive briefs using compelling storytelling techniques.
7. Execute pilot programs, analyze outcomes, and develop actionable recommendations.
8. Identify under-developed categories and propose investment strategies.
9. Prepare for strategic planning and merchandise budget meetings.
10. Present trend analyses and insights to the merchandising leadership team.

4. Proficiency in English; a second Asian language is advantageous.
