Sephora Merchandising Coordinator

- Support the .CA Merchandising team with the setup and updates for new and existing brands and products.
- Manage the delivery of brand assets such as copy, images, and videos for new product setups through PXM.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of all new brand and product launches.
- Oversee quality assurance to optimize client experience for brand and product page launches.
- Update and validate the .CA product assortment, including managing assortment updates and running reports.
- Assist with the execution of product marketing placements on the site, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions and retail information.
- Support reporting needs, including month-end and ad hoc projects.
- College or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in retail distribution and/or buying experience.
- E-Commerce and/or Direct-to-Consumer experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic team setting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
2-3 years in retail distribution and/or buying, with a preference for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer experience.
College or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
