Sephora Merchandising Coordinator

- Support the .CA Merchandising team with the setup and updates for new and existing brands and products.
- Leverage launch calendars to identify and set up Canada-exclusive SKUs, maintaining 'Live' dates.
- Oversee the collection and organization of product samples, coordinating with vendors and other departments.
- Ensure the completion and accuracy of all new brand and product launches, as well as ongoing maintenance.
- Assist with quality assurance to confirm optimized client experiences for brand and product pages.
- Manage assortment updates both client-facing on-site and in the merchandising and inventory system.
- Run assortment reports, validate and troubleshoot new SKU setups for Canada, and manage discontinuations.
- Support timely execution of all product marketing placements on the site, including email and homepage briefs.
- Assist with quality assurance to confirm optimized client experiences for overall site and marketing placements.
- Execute ad hoc projects and analysis of business needs, including site content marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in retail distribution and/or buying.
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in retail management or a related field.
- E-commerce and/or direct-to-consumer experience is strongly preferred.
- Keen eye for detail while managing multiple projects with integrity and accuracy.
- Entrepreneurial spirit thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A minimum of two years in retail distribution or buying, with a preference for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer experience.
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in retail management or a related field.
