Sephora Merchandising Business Development Intern

- Assist the Assistant Manager in maintaining the brand database and analyzing current brand offerings.
- Track competitors and analyze the Canadian beauty market environment.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager on promo strategy and execution, including creating workback schedules and supporting deliverables.
- Monitor product assortments and advise on opportunities based on past performance.
- Update cross-functional promo trackers with key deadlines and information.
- Support the Assistant Manager in executing and validating promo pricing.
- Track monthly brand incubation funds, spending, and invoicing with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with the Senior Director to maintain records of team travel and expenses.
- Act as project coordinator for Holiday strategy and execution, including cross-functional meetings and presentations.
- Support ad hoc projects and tasks for the Business Development and Merchandising teams.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or college diploma program in business, commerce, or retail management.
- In the 3rd or 4th year of study.
- Able to work full-time hours and be physically present in the office 3 days per week.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros), Word, and Outlook.
- Analytical skills with close attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
No prior experience required, but a passion for the beauty industry and merchandising is essential.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or college diploma in business, commerce, or retail management.
$23/hour with a monthly stipend of $150, less deductions.
