1. Assist the Sephora Supply Chain teams in purchase order tracking.
2. Communicate with brands to ensure shipping and receipts, resolving any trouble lane issues.
3. Maintain and share purchase order tracking tools and processes with cross-functional teams.
4. Adjust purchase orders as needed and manage short ship orders.
5. Track all new inventory inbound to distribution centers and report late orders.
6. Create manual purchase orders and resolve issues related to inbound shipments and vendor errors.
7. Partner with distribution center leadership to resolve transportation complications.
8. Prepare and maintain RTV documents as needed.
9. Communicate urgent orders to distribution centers for prioritization.
10. Create and manage tester orders for new stores.
11. Participate in additional ad-hoc department projects as required.

1. 1+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably within a retail organization.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize data.
3. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems innovatively.
6. Capable of managing through ambiguity and making informed decisions.

1+ years of demonstrated experience in inventory management, ideally within a retail organization.

The target hourly pay for this position is $27.50 - $30.73 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses.
