1. Assist Sephora Supply Chain teams in purchase order tracking.
2. Communicate with brands to ensure timely shipping and receipts.
3. Resolve trouble lane issues in collaboration with brand partners.
4. Prepare Return to Vendor (RTV) documents for review and approval.
5. Maintain and share purchase order tracking tools and processes with cross-functional teams.
6. Adjust purchase orders and manage short ship orders as needed.
7. Track new inventory inbound to distribution centers and report late orders.
8. Create manual purchase orders and resolve inbound shipment issues.
9. Partner with distribution center leadership to address transportation complications.
10. Communicate urgent orders to distribution centers for prioritization.
11. Create and manage tester orders for new stores.
12. Participate in additional department projects as needed.

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.

Relevant experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $27.50 - $30.70, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
