Sephora Merchandise Coordinator, Skincare

- Support the merchant team in all aspects of daily business operations, including administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry for product assortments.
- Collaborate with brands and the Merchant team to review deliverables and timelines for new product launches, ensuring timely and accurate asset receipt.
- Manage product and asset updates with brands to optimize conversion and meet brand objectives.
- Assist in the creative review process for all brands within the portfolio, ensuring accurate product representation.
- Generate and manage weekly and monthly reports to support merchant and brand relationships.
- Coordinate product comps from brands for cross-functional projects.
- Handle monthly Vendor Damage and Tester recovery, tester allocation requests, and manage related reports.
- Demonstrate Sephora's core values, including Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- 1-3 years of relevant corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks consistently and accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Adept at managing ambiguity in projects and processes.

- Proficient in navigating corporate complexities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, with a preference for retail or merchandising.
The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 - $34.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
