1. Support the merchant team in all aspects of daily business operations, including administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry for product assortments.
2. Collaborate with brands and the Merchant team to review deliverables and timelines for new product launches, ensuring timely and accurate asset receipt.
3. Manage product and asset updates with brands to optimize conversion and meet brand objectives.
4. Assist in the creative review process for all brands within the portfolio, ensuring accurate product representation.
5. Generate and manage weekly and monthly reports to support merchant and brand relationships.
6. Coordinate product comps from brands for cross-functional projects.
7. Handle monthly Vendor Damage and Tester recovery, tester allocation requests, and manage related reports.
8. Demonstrate Sephora's core values, including Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

1. 1-3 years of relevant corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.

5. Proficient in navigating corporate complexities.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.

1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, with a preference for retail or merchandising.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 - $34.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
