1. Support the merchant team in daily business operations.
2. Prepare for brand meetings, including scheduling, report preparation, and agenda setting.
3. Conduct and distribute weekly and monthly reports, including SKU, location, collection, and subclass reports.
4. Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Oversee SKU creation and maintenance, and track artwork deadlines.
6. Manage comp collection and organization, including vendor requests and departmental distribution.
7. Handle monthly vendor damage and tester recovery, including allocation requests and reporting.
8. Manage hotline online inquiries and requests.

1. 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.

1. Ability to prioritize tasks consistently and accurately.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage ambiguity in projects and processes.
4. Team player with a positive attitude.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Proficiency with MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.

1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.

The target hourly pay for this position is $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
