1. Support the merchant team in daily business operations, including administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry for product assortments.
2. Communicate key information and changes with internal and external stakeholders promptly.
3. Prepare for brand meetings by scheduling, preparing reports and agendas, and organizing logistics.
4. Conduct and distribute weekly and monthly reports, including SKU, location, collection, and subclass data.
5. Collaborate with brands and assistant merchants to manage new product launches and SKU lifecycle.
6. Oversee price changes and brand chargebacks.
7. Manage the submission of complexion products to the production team.
8. Lead the collection and tracking of vendor samples for all departments.
9. Assist with the creative review process for in-store placements, ensuring accurate product representation.

1. 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience.

1. High level of initiative and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with flexibility in a dynamic team environment.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, as well as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 - $34.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
