Sephora Merchandise Coordinator

- Support the merchant team in daily business operations.
- Prepare for brand meetings, including scheduling, report preparation, and agenda setting.
- Conduct and distribute weekly and monthly reports, including SKU, location, collection, and subclass reports.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage SKU creation and maintenance, and track artwork deadlines.
- Oversee comp collection and organization, including requesting and organizing comps from vendors.
- Handle monthly vendor damage and tester recovery, and manage tester allocation requests.
- Demonstrate Sephora's values of client service, innovation, expertise, balance, respect, teamwork, and initiative.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.
- Ability to prioritize tasks consistently and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage ambiguity in projects and processes.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.
The target hourly pay for this position ranges from $24.00 to $34.00, with eligibility for bonuses based on various factors.
