Sephora Merchandise Coordinator

1. Support the merchant team in daily business operations.
2. Prepare for brand meetings, including scheduling, report preparation, and agenda setting.
3. Conduct and distribute weekly and monthly reports, including SKU, location, collection, and subclass reports.
4. Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Manage SKU creation and maintenance, and track artwork deadlines.
6. Oversee comp collection and organization, including requesting and organizing comps from vendors.
7. Handle monthly vendor damage and tester recovery, and manage tester allocation requests.
8. Demonstrate Sephora's values of client service, innovation, expertise, balance, respect, teamwork, and initiative.

1. 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.

1. Ability to prioritize tasks consistently and accurately.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage ambiguity in projects and processes.
4. Team player with a positive attitude.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficiency with MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.

1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.

The target hourly pay for this position ranges from $24.00 to $34.00, with eligibility for bonuses based on various factors.
