1. Provide key support to the merchant team in daily business operations.
2. Prepare for brand meetings, including scheduling, report preparation, and agenda setting.
3. Conduct and distribute weekly and monthly reports, including SKU, location, collection, and subclass data.
4. Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Manage SKU creation and maintenance, and track artwork deadlines.
6. Oversee comp collection and organization, including vendor requests and departmental needs.
7. Handle monthly vendor damage and tester recovery, and manage tester allocation requests.
8. Demonstrate Sephora's core values in all interactions and tasks.

1. 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.

1. Strong ability to prioritize tasks consistently and accurately.
2. Attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity.
3. Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.

1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.

The target hourly pay for this position is $27.00 - $34.00 per hour, with potential bonuses based on various factors.
