1. Provide essential support to the merchant team, assisting with daily business operations.
2. Manage data entry for product assortments and maintain product pages on Sephora.com.
3. Collaborate with brands and assistant merchants to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets for new product launches.
4. Update existing product pages to optimize conversion and maintain accuracy.
5. Coordinate with the product production team for site updates and assist in the creative review process for digital placements.
6. Generate weekly and monthly .com reports and complete product sheets for site briefing.
7. Uphold Sephora's values of client service, innovation, expertise, balance, respect, teamwork, and initiative.

1. 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.

2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Capability to manage ambiguity in projects and processes.
4. Team player with a positive attitude.
5. Proficient in navigating corporate complexities.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Proficiency with MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.

1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.

The target hourly pay for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour. Actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, and location. Eligible for bonuses.
