Merchandise Coordinator

1. Support the merchant team with daily business needs.
2. Assist with team administration, reporting, and data entry for product assortments.
3. Manage product pages on Sephora.com.
4. Collaborate with brands and assistant merchants to review deliverables and timelines for new product launches.
5. Ensure receipt of on-time and accurate assets and comps.
6. Update existing product pages to optimize conversion and keep them current.
7. Partner with the product production team for product page and site updates.
8. Assist in the creative review process for digital placements within the brand portfolio.
9. Run weekly and monthly .com reports and complete product sheets.
10. Demonstrate Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

1. 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail/merchandising.

1. Ability to prioritize consistently, accurately, and timely.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage ambiguity with projects and processes.
4. Team player with a positive attitude.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Flexible in a fast-paced and often-changing environment.
7. Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills preferred.

1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail/merchandising.

The target hourly pay for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour. Individuals may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
