1. Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
2. Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks and ACH transfers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payments, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies.
5. Assist with ad hoc projects and accounting research to enhance accounting processes.
6. Support ERP implementation through system testing and user training.
7. Prepare credit notes for monthly marketing campaigns at a vendor level.
8. Monitor and review vendor statements to resolve outstanding balances and discrepancies.
9. Assist with internal and external audits.

1. 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
2. 1+ years of experience in Inventory Planning/Supply Chain.
3. Proficiency with SAP general ledger preferred.
4. Prior experience with merchandise/purchase order processes is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
4. Ability to handle high volumes of emails and requests, prioritizing tasks effectively.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

A minimum of four years in accounts payable, with at least one year in inventory planning or supply chain roles.

The annual base salary ranges from $99,790 to $111,530, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
