- Develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy for Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and Switzerland, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
- Manage digital media agencies to drive local campaign implementation and ensure top-tier execution across digital out-of-home, display, mobile, and SEO.
- Oversee planning, asset delivery, and campaign execution for digital out-of-home activities, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
- Optimize performance of display and mobile campaigns, focusing on key performance indicators.
- Manage SEO operations with agencies, monitor rankings and organic traffic, and drive measurable improvements in visibility and conversion.
- Act as the primary contact for agencies, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to timelines and objectives.
- Monitor media performance, analyze results, and create actionable reports with recommendations to improve return on investment.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all paid channels.
- Collaborate with local social media, marketing, CRM, and e-commerce teams to ensure integrated omnichannel campaign execution.
- Partner with HQ Paris to localize global strategies, provide market feedback, and share best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media, ideally within a media agency or in-house media role.
- Strong media expertise with experience in managing paid campaigns and agency relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Minimum of 5 years in media, ideally within a media agency or in-house media role, with proven experience in digital out-of-home, display, and mobile campaigns.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Management, or a related field.
